Following graduation from medical school at Tel Aviv University in 2008, Dr. Weinstock completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Hofstra University, North Shore-LIJ in Queens, New York. Dr. Weinstock went on to pursue a fellowship in Cardiovascular Medicine at SUNY, Buffalo, before finally returning to his roots in Toronto in 2014. Dr. Weinstock maintains courtesy staff privileges at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre and works closely with the cardiovascular team at Southlake Hospital.
Dr. Weinstock now practices community cardiology with a focus on non-invasive imaging. Moshe is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology and certified by the National Board of Echocardiography, Certification Board of Nuclear Cardiology, and APCA (formerly ARDMS) credential for Physician's Vascular Interpretation.
Dr. Pasha is a Toronto native who returned home to begin his practice and is keen on being a valuable member of the local community. He graduated from the University of Toronto and Ross University with a Bachelor’s of Science with Honors and Doctor of Medicine, respectively. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at SUNY, Buffalo where he went on to serve as Chief Medical Resident. He continued his medical training at the renowned Lenox Hill Hospital in Manhattan, with a fellowship in Cardiovascular Diseases.
Dr. Pasha is published in prestigious medical journals and has presented his findings at international medical conferences. During the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic in New York City he was featured on CBC as a Canadian physician leading the healthcare effort.
Dr. Pasha now practices Internal Medicine and Non-invasive Cardiology with a focus on preventive Cardiology and Non-invasive imaging. He is certified by the National Board of Echocardiography, Certification Board of Nuclear Cardiology, and American Board of Internal Medicine.
The most recent addition to YCC, Dr. Kaplin earned his medical degree at the American Medical Program at Tel Aviv University in 2017. Following graduation, Dr. Kaplin moved to New York City, where he completed his Internal Medicine residency and Cardiology fellowship at the prestigious Mount Sinai and NYU Langone health systems, respectively.
An active medical researcher, Dr. Kaplin focuses on the intersection between emerging
technologies and cardiovascular health. He has been published in renowned medical
journals including JACC, American Journal of Cardiology, Canadian Journal of Cardiology,
European Heart Journal, and Cell. He has also had the honour of presenting his research
initiatives at the American College of Cardiology’s annual Scientific Sessions conference.
Dr. Kaplin holds certifications from the National Board of Echocardiography, Certification
Board of Nuclear Cardiology, and American Board of Internal Medicine. As a clinical
cardiologist, Dr. Kaplin specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of a variety of chronic cardiac
conditions including coronary artery disease, congestive heart failure, atrial fibrillation,
hypertension, and hyperlipidemia.
